a certified infant massage specialist

Natalia Lyashchuk

The more I work as a baby massagist, the more I understand the importance and necessity of what I do, and how much of it is lacking in the modern world
About me
I am a certified instructor of the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). In addition, I’ve graduated from the Nikiforova Institute of Rehabilitation and Cosmetology, specializing in 'Massage Techniques in Pediatrics'.

I am also a happy mother of two.
Why is massage beneficial for babies?
There are a plenty of big advantages:
Love is spreading in this world!
Strengthens the bond between a parent and a child
Every parent wants to maintain a safe bond with their child throughout their life. Massage can be a good way for parents to strengthen their emotional attachment with their baby, as it is a time of interaction and closeness.
Improves sleep
Massage can help your baby relax and calm down, leading to longer, better quality sleep.
Reduces tension and stress
Just like adults’, babies’ muscles could be tense due to various factors, such as position in the womb, long labor, or even stress experienced after birth. Massage can help relieve this tension and help your baby relax.
Reduces colic and improves digestion
Massage can help your baby get rid of gases and bloating, as well as improve digestion by using certain techniques to facilitate these processes.
